Note from the Artist: I had a basic idea for this painting and a rudimentary drawing on my work boards for quite a while. I was truly stumped at how I wanted to execute a full flowering tree and so I kept putting it off. One day everything was cleaned and finished up... except for this drawing. I told myself to dive in already and just make it fun. The inspiration came from our lovely local fruit orchards, so stunning in bloom!
