Store Policies


We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.


We will ship your items via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 1 week of your order. If the item is too large for USPS or requires special packaging, we will ship via UPS or FedEx. If there is any damage in shipping, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping company to replace or repair your items. For international shipping, contact us for a quote. Free store pickup is an option at check out.  

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you get from Altitude Gallery. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange for an exchange or a refund. Purchases returned after 10 days can receive store credit but are not eligible for a refund. No returns after 30 days. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


If there is something you love that you just can't swing right now, we are happy to set you up with a layaway plan. Payments can be split into 4 payments over 4 months (or fewer, if you'd like). We will charge your credit card on the same day each month and once your item is paid off, it's yours to take home. Once an item is placed on layaway, there are no refunds or exchanges. Contact us to set up a layaway plan.


We take your privacy seriously and will never sell, exchange, or compromise your personal information. Our privacy policy is available on our checkout page. 


All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Shopify. Payment information is also governed by Shopify's privacy policies.

Artist Submissions

If you would like your artwork or jewelry to be considered for representation at Altitude Gallery, please email us a few images, a short description of your process, and your website address.
