Pleiades Necklace

This layered necklace, handmade from recycled sterling silver and brass, is inspired by the star cluster commonly known as the Pleiades or the Seven Sisters. The star cluster is called this because, although it contains thousands of stars, only seven stars can be seen without a telescope. Each link in the two layered chains is hand soldered and forged, which creates a chain that looks delicate, but is exceptionally strong. The unique design of this necklace creates a layered look without having bulk at the back of the neck.
All jewelry is handmade from a minimum of 50% reclaimed materials. Hand-soldered and forged links made from recycled sterling silver and brass.
The chain is adjustable from 18 to 20 inches.
