A note from the artist about this painting: Of course this tall format is wonderful for sunset paintings and as I have said before, there are no rules for sunsets! These paintings can surprise me as the colors often veer in directions that are unexpected... I try to just let the magic happen. This painting has a little more coral to it and a vibe that is moody/serene. I was going to add some trees, but realized at the last minute that the image was better without.
