Quilling is the process of crimping, twirling, folding, and gluing small paper strips into intricate designs. An old art form originally done with a slotted quill pen - hence the name. Sean uses the best materials: colorfast paper that is 50% cotton. The frame has museum plexiglass for archival preservation.
