Note from the Artist: Rain showers are part of the season and they bring incredible color and magnificent wildflower blossoms. I get to take ALL my paint colors out! For this piece I decided to focus on the earliest little blue flowers I see blooming when early spring arrives. The image also features bright green aspens and a good deal of snowpack still to melt up in the high country.
